Outsourcing – An Innovation Tool in Clothing Companies

Abstract:

The clothing industry has modern management and gains a competitive advantage in the market place owing to organisational innovations implemented in its firms.The research conducted confirmed that the vehicle of process change is out sourcing, and helped identify the scope of outsourced processes. Another finding is that outsourcing definitely simplifies a firm’s organisational structure, which reduces production costs and improves product competitiveness.
